Communicate professionally with clients at all levels to secure outstanding payments. Accurately document client interactions and segment ledgers using our query coding system. Manage your workload effectively to achieve monthly cash and aged debt targets. Work collaboratively on the team inbox as part of a rota. Contribute to the teams goal of exceeding cash and provisioned debt targets. Leverage your skills to find innovative solutions to complex credit control matters. Required profile: 2+ years of credit control experience, ideally in a professional services environment. A proven track record of exceeding cash collection and aged debt reduction targets. Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with internal and external contacts. Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring efficient workload and task management.
