This role will be split between Leeds and our Head Office in KnaresboroughWhat you'll do:To report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.To support the Management team to achieve the department goalsTo support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPIs through motivation and coachingAssist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendationsTo ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and proceduresTo ensure Account Manager follow the Oracle sales processPromote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/teamWhat we're looking for:A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targetsA passion for providing a great customer service experiencePossesses a high degree of IT literacyExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.What we offer:A competitive salary with a 60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).32 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with serviceFree gym membership, Cycle to Work scheme, EV salary sacrifice, Death in Service and moreA supportive and collaborative work environment.MondayFriday working hours, 8:45am5:30pmWith over 2 billion in funded deals and 2,700+ 5-star reviews, Oracle is trusted by thousands of customers every year.
