Job Description Commercial Facilities Manager Potter Space (Leeds-based, UK-wide portfolio)Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Facilities Manager to join the growing Potter Space team. As the new Facilities Manager you will take ownership of the Facilities Management function across a portfolio of strategically located business parks, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to high standards. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where youll work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a proactive, relationship-led service.About us Potter Space is a rapidly growing family owned industrial and logistics property company with an existing property portfolio of 1.7m sq ft of space over 250 acres across 6 UK business parks.
