Job Title:FLT Driver Location:Ledbury Contract:Temporary to permanent Pay Rate:£13.00 p/h gap personnel are currently recruiting an experiencedFLT Counterbalance Driverto join our client's team at a busy manufacturing operation in Ledbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled forklift operator looking for a long-term position with potential to become permanent after 12 weeks. Please note: this role involves working in chilled environments (average temperature between 0°C and 4°C). Key Responsibilities: Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Moving stock and materials around the site Supporting with general warehouse duties when required Following all health & safety procedures on site Requirements: A valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance license (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Previous experience in a similar role Good level of physical fitness Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Basic Hours & Pay Rate: Monday to Friday 14:00- 22:30 set shift or Monday to Friday (weekly Rotational) 06:00 to 14:30 14:00 to 22:30 Basic Rate - £13.00p/h £16.25 Overtime rate paid after 48 hours completed This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a stable role with the chance to transition to a permanent position after the initial 12-week period.
