This is the environment you’ll help shape.As Resident Manager, you will be the face of the community, from first viewings to long-term stays, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. You will handle move-ins, inspections, events and wellness initiatives, all while driving occupancy and satisfaction.Your days will be varied: one moment securing a lease, the next resolving a resident query with empathy and efficiency. You will manage data, utilities and compliance with precision and work closely with colleagues and contractors to maintain exceptional standards.This is more than property management. It is about creating a place people are proud to call home!Responsibilities:Conducting viewings and supporting leasing to maintain optimal occupancyManaging move-ins, move-outs and deposit releasesHandling resident queries with empathy and professionalismOverseeing inspections and ensuring homes meet high standardsSupporting wellness initiatives and community eventsManaging parcel and postal servicesEnsuring accurate data entry and compliance across systemsCollaborating with internal teams and external suppliersYour Requirements:Experience in BTR, PBSA, Residential Lettings or Property Management ARLA Level 3 qualification (Level 4 desirable)Exceptional customer service and front-of-house skillsStrong problem-solving and communication abilitiesConfidence using systems like Yardi, RentCafe and HubspotA proactive, organised and empathetic approachPlease call me on 074 7821 7743 or visit me on LinkedIn (Johan Keutcha) and send me a message there.
