OverviewJob title:Sales Support ConsultantatCaterpillar Inc. . Location: Larne, United Kingdom. Salary/Grade: £44,980 - £56,000 per annum (depending on experience). What You Will DoManage submission timelines and ensure all documentation is delivered accurately and on time. Support negotiations by providing technical and commercial justifications for the proposed solution. Respond promptly to inquiries, anticipate and understand customer needs to deliver tailored energy solutions that resolve business challenges. Build trust through open communication, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Engage effectively with global stakeholders across all levels of the organization, working with internal customers, dealers and international customers. Help customers and dealers understand the long-term benefits of Caterpillar’s energy solution offerings and how they align with their own challenges. QualificationsCustomer Focus - Level Extensive Experience: Facilitates creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues; fosters strong customer relationships; anticipates customer needs; communicates the importance of customer focus as an organizational strategy. Effective Communications - Level Working Knowledge: Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business globally; strong writing capability. Negotiating - Level Basic Understanding: Ability to negotiate across the organization and with external vendors and clients; builds rapport and trust. Relationship Management - Level Working Knowledge: Establish and maintain healthy working relationships; provide prompt responses; address client issues. Value Selling - Level Basic Understanding: Ability to articulate value of products and services; present costs and benefits; differentiate offerings. Travel: Up to 20% travel in this role.
