Childrens Residential Team LeaderLocation:Lancaster, LA1Working Hours:42 hours per weekSalary:32,738 per annumSleep-In Allowance:78.30 per sleep-in (up to 8 per month, adding 7,500+ annually)We are seeking passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join a dedicated childrens residential care team. This role involves supporting children and young people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and may have additional needs such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), or other complex challenges.As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of each shift, supporting staff, and maintaining a nurturing, family-style environment. Youll help children build relationships, engage with their community, and develop life skills.
