The Property Litigation team is recognised for its technical expertise and high-quality commercial advice in resolving complex land and property disputes on behalf of commercial clients and private individuals.The team advise on a full spectrum of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, real estate litigation, property contract claims and professional negligence claims involving property professionals.
