This is a confidential permanent role based in the North of England.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the engineering team, driving plant reliability and supporting daily production targets.Build a strong one team culture with operations and other site functions.Manage team performance, HR processes, and skills development plans.Ensure accurate completion of planned maintenance and CMMS data.Deliver the site capital plan and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain strong compliance, safety standards, and engineering best practice.What We're Looking For:HND or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.CI qualification (Green Belt minimum) and IOSH Managing Safely.Proven engineering leadership experienceideally within FMCG.Strong background in continuous improvement and TPM tools.Experience managing capital projects and working in unionised environments.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder skills.Strong CMMS and MS Office (Excel) capability.Why Join?This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within a major manufacturing organisation, shaping engineering performance, culture, and capability.
