Continued employment based on performance.Job Description This position provides support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department (as needed).Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: Answer multi-line telephone.Routing mail, emails, and faxes.Filing, copying, typing, sorting, and compiling various hard copy packets of information (as needed).Word processing and/or data entry are required (Word and Excel).Assist With Special Projects.Running errands on campus (as needed).Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Required qualifications include: Professional demeanor, ability to think critically and analytically.Good communication, organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail is essential.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn.Dependability is extremely important.
