The Borough Gastro Pub in the heart of Lancaster is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive our fresh, seasonal menu forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative chef with strong leadership skills to take charge of a busy, quality-led gastro pub known for its locally sourced ingredients and high standards.
