The Opportunity: Contract Manager Contract: Permanent Location: Lancaster / North West England The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Identify and address safety concerns for Briggs and customers, promptly escalating issues to relevant personnel for resolution. Ensure compliance with LOLER and PUWER obligations, recommending VOR status for overdue equipment. Uphold "Safety First" values and adopts the best practices to mitigate risks for Briggs, customers, and third parties. Act as the primary contract manager for customers in your area, also covering local sites. Organize, document, and circulate action-oriented review minutes within three working days. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal departments for business continuity. Analyze NPS scores to identify and address areas for improvement and implement solutions. Track contract performance and profitability through tools like BE Portal, Power BI, and CPO. Identify and recover additional contractual costs, such as damage or excess hours, and propose resolutions. Identify and share potential growth opportunities with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with credit control, service teams, and stakeholders to support debt recovery efforts. Identify process enhancements to improve business efficiency and ease of collaboration. Drive internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service, striving for satisfaction and excellence. What will help you to excel in this role: Demonstrable experience in contract management Ability to judge and adapt to change of deadlines or workload to meet the needs of the customer and our business. Demonstrable an understanding of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures Engineering Team adheres to all regulations. Customer service skills (both internal and external) and the ability to present.
