Accounts Senior - Part time

Accounts Senior (Full-Time or Part-Time) Flexible / Hybrid Working Available Salary: From 30,000 (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and services, along with excellent benefits and flexibility. The Role As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. Responsibilities will include: Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders Corporation tax computations Self-assessment tax returns Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting and advisory work Assisting with payroll where required The Ideal Candidate AAT qualified (or qualified by experience) Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within practice Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload Whats on Offer Competitive salary starting from 30,000 (pro rata for part-time) Flexible working options, including hybrid/working from home Part-time hours will be considered Private medical insurance KPI-based bonus scheme (after 6 months) One professional membership subscription paid annually Ongoing CPD and training support Nearby parking provided Working Hours Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week) Part-time: Flexible arrangements available (to be discussed) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Senior looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm with real opportunities for development.
