Due to the development and expansion of the firms Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Solicitor to work alongside its'' highly reputable team. The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Court of Protection matters and will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of Client''s as well as dealing with Client families, support teams and financial advisors.
