Hotel | South Manchester / Cheshire Salary: Up to 28,000 40-hour contract / 4 day week We are recruiting for a fantastic 4-star hotel, seeking a Night Team Supervisor to take charge of the overnight operations and ensure guests enjoy a flawless stay. This is your chance to lead a dedicated team, oversee smooth hotel operations, and make a real impact in a vibrant hospitality setting. What Youll Do: Be the go-to manager contact for guests during night hours, delivering exceptional service. Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests with confidence. Lead and motivate the night team, overseeing event setups, bar, and room service operations. Maintain hotel cleanliness, security, and health & safety standards overnight. Take charge in the Night Managers absence: reporting, cash audits, rotas, and HR processes. Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, from medical incidents to fire alarms. Ensure smooth handovers to the morning team with detailed night reports. What You Bring: Experience working night or guest service shifts in hospitality is desirable Leadership skills with team supervision experience. Knowledge of hotel operations, security, and health & safety. Confident IT and administration skills / use of hotel systems A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Why This Role?
