Job Title: Quality Control Administrator Location: Knighton Pay Rate: 13.76 per hour (weekly pay) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm or 9:00am 5:00pm Contract Type: Temporary 6 months (with potential for further opportunities within the company) ? Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Quality Control and Technical teams.Handle and manage a high volume of customer enquiries via email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records and reports.Liaise closely with Technical Assistants to support quality processes and ensure effective communication across departments.Work independently to manage workloads and meet deadlines.Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and quality standards as required.? Skills & Experience Required Strong administration and data entry skills with previous experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.Confident working both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience within a quality control or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.?
