If you’re organised, eager to learn, and looking to grow your career in purchasing or supply chain, this could be a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities:You’ll be a key part of our Purchasing team, your role will support the team with ordering, tracking, and managing our supply chain needsRaising and managing purchase ordersCommunicating with suppliers to track orders and ensure on-time deliveryKeeping records and systems up to dateMonitoring stock levels and helping plan future ordersSupporting other departments with purchasing needsAssisting with supplier reviews and data reportingSkills and Requirements:Previous experience in an admin or purchasing role is helpful, but not essentialTraining and support will be providedStrong organisational and communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work well both independently and within a teamAn interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chainWhat we offer:Career development and progression opportunitiesSupport with professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany benefitsLocation: KnaresboroughThis is a hybrid working role, working 3 days out of Knaresborough (HG5 8PJ).Salary: depends on experienceTo apply for this role, please send your CV to Kate Lockwood at Kate.Lockwood@
