As a result, there is an immediate recruitment for a new Warehouse and Distribution Day shift Team Leader / Front-line Manager (FLM).As a Warehouse Despatch Team Leader, reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will manage an area of the operation in a busy distribution/warehouse hub.You will lead and develop a small team of warehouse operatives across, achieving and exceeding your performance targets.Work within daily tight deadlines to ensure customers receive their ordersYou will allocate resources and your team effectively to maximise area outputMonitoring and driving KPIsSetting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating action plansSpotting and developing talent in your team through coaching and guidanceYou will manage team briefings to keep colleagues informed of performance targetsYou will Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives in your areaRequirements: Despatch Warehouse Team Leader - Dayshift Experience as a team leader of warehouse frontline manager Manufacturing/FMCG /3pl /E-Comm preferred.
