Currently supporting 8 autistic people in Kirkwall, we support people to engage in the activities they love and to be a valued part of the community.Join our team and help us grow! Whether you're experienced or new to social care, you'll receive extensive training, support, and opportunities to grow your skills. As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to: Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships. Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and to live independently. Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual's goals.
