Housekeeping ManagerThe position of Housekeeping Manager is a vital one in our establishment. We are seeking an individual who can lead and motivate our housekeeping team to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the home - from residents' rooms to communal spaces - are maintained to the highest standard. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting your team, offering guidance and training so they can perform their roles confidently and efficiently.You will also manage schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain oversight of cleaning supplies and equipment. By routinely inspecting the home and liaising with other departments, you will ensure the smooth running of housekeeping operations while creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for everyone.This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organized leader to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. If you have experience in housekeeping or the care sector, it would be advantageous but not essential.
