Lettings Negotiator Stourbridge Basic salary up to 26,000 Full Time Permanent Position Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 9am to 3pm Our client is a successful independent, multi-branch, estate agents who is currently looking to add to their existing very busy lettings team The role requires an experienced Lettings Negotiator who can assist with the smooth and efficient management of rental properties from initial enquiry through to move-in The position requires first class communication, well organisation, excellent customer service, thorough, a keen eye to detail and a positive can do attitude at all times Candidates must have previous experience as a lettings negotiator and a full understanding of current legislation in the lettings sector Main duties will include; Effectively handling incoming queries and viewing enquiries Arranging and carrying out residential property viewings Liaising between landlord and tenant to negotiate a successful let Conducting the right to rent checks and referencing tenants Providing full administration support to support the team Organising letting appointments and the office diary Following regulations registering tenant deposits on the system Scheduling and completing routine property inspections As required conduct property check-ins and check-outs Negotiating tenancy applications between landlords and tenants Working on your own initiative and as a team to achieve branch targets Please note only candidates with a minimum of 12 months experience in the lettings sector will be considered for this role In the first instance contact Anita or Jodie at Career Studio TPBN1_UKTJ
