Senior Building Surveyor

What youll be doing:Leading and managing end-to-end surveying projectsCarrying out detailed building inspections & producing clear reportsProviding expert advice on building regulations, planning & complianceGuiding and supporting junior surveyors to grow their capabilityWorking closely with clients, design teams & contractorsStaying ahead of industry trends to ensure best practice deliveryWhat we're looking for:Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline)Post-qualification experience in building surveyingMRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)Strong building pathology & defect diagnosis skillsConfident communicator with excellent report-writing skillsNatural leader with a passion for developing othersGreat benefits package on offer including a competitive basic salary, friendly working environment with lots of social events, company pension and flexible working options.
