This is hybrid working!Duration : ASAP - OngoingApply now or refer a friend for 350.Senior Occupational Therapist (Grade 9)In this role, youll provide a specialist and supervisory lead across the OT service, managing complex cases and supporting/supervising staff. Youll also work closely with housing teams, contribute to case conferences, and ensure practice is in line with HCPC and RCOT standards.Essential requirements: Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy + HCPC registrationSignificant post-qualification experience (including supervision of OTs/OTAs)Strong knowledge of manual handling, housing adaptations, and complex caseworkFamiliarity with the Care Act, MCA DoLS, and safeguarding frameworksOccupational Therapist (Grade 8) As an OT, youll manage a caseload of adults in the community, carrying out holistic assessments, identifying equipment/adaptation needs, and working collaboratively with health and social care partners to promote independence.Essential requirements: Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy + HCPC registrationExperience of community-based OT practice (manual handling, equipment, and housing adaptations)Knowledge of the Care Act and person-centred approachesAbility to supervise OTAs and contribute to student support
