About the RoleAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.We're looking for a professional, customerfocused Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering excellent frontofhouse service while ensuring the building remains safe, secure, and wellmanaged.Where Will I Be Working?Site based at a development in York (YO31)Working Pattern37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 PMWhat You'll Be DoingProviding a warm, professional welcome to all residents and visitorsResponding to queries and offering helpful information on the local areaHandling telephone enquiries courteously and professionallyAccepting, organising, and managing deliveriesSigning in/out contractors and checking their completed worksInform Management team of all matters which may affect the Residential Management Company.Deal with all add on services required by the client, including but not limited to;General P.A office administration by the client.Assisting with rental property key handovers.Reporting to the client any demised apartment issues not relating to the building.Recording all activity, including resident complaints and incidentsEnsuring noticeboards and building signage are up to dateLiaising daily with the Property/Building Manager and supporting inspectionsDeveloping strong knowledge of building services, installations, and facilitiesKeeping the concierge desk/office clean, tidy, and wellpresentedSupporting residents' meetings where requiredAssisting with rental key handovers and reporting any apartmentspecific concernsTaking ownership of daily standards and proactively addressing issuesWhat We're Looking ForExperience working in a frontofhouse, residential, or customerservice roleExcellent communication and customercare skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailSelfmotivated and able to use initiativeCalm, courteous, and professional under pressureSmart, professional appearance with consistently high personal standardsAbility to work well independently or as part of a wider teamWhat does RMG have offer you?You'll not only be joining a thriving market leader where you'll benefit from working alongside the best in the industry, you'll also receive a superb package of company benefits including:27 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays - Pro rata for shift based rolesFree Healthcare cashback Plan (re-claiming for things like optical treatment (plus an optical discount voucher) and dental care, physiotherapy and GP Charges plus more!
