Pratap Partnership are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager/Management Accountant on an exclusive basis for a well-established, innovative, precision manufacturing company based in East Yorkshire.If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Promoting sustainable manufacturing to reduce the carbon footprint continually.Continually developing lean manufacturing.Strong vision and values are consistently upheld across the business.Commitment to continually improve customer service/satisfaction.The job:The purpose of the Finance Manager/Management Accountant is to provide support to the Managing Director and a full-time Finance Assistant whilst ensuring the timely production of management accounts.Preparation of management accounts, including accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations etcProviding key reports to the Senior Management TeamWeekly cashflow reportingCIS submissionsRevenue recognitionBank reconciliationsProcessing supplier paymentsProcessing weekly and monthly payrollAssisting with process improvementsOther ad hoc duties as requiredThe person:Previous experience is required.The ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and take ownership is essential.Good written and verbal communication skills are required.You must be IT literate with strong Excel skills. xjdpvnf Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage.
