This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for AutoCAD, mechanical systems, and delivering high-quality design solutions across complex industrial projects.Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed design documents from engineering sketches, marked-up drawings, and vendor-provided specifications.Follow established AutoCAD drafting standards and reuse drawing formats and reference designs from past projects.Develop structural design documentation for process and modular systems.Maintain drawing files and assist with preparation of bid packages.Use office equipment (e.g., plotters, copiers) and complete technical documentation with accuracy.Work independently and check basic drawings from other designers/drafters.Travel (domestically or internationally) for site visits and coordination up to 30-40% of the time.Ideal Candidate Will Have: Associates degree in Computer-Aided Drafting (required).5+ years of drafting/design experience (strongly preferred).Advanced AutoCAD skills; knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor and/or SolidWorks is a plus.Familiarity with piping, structural, conveyance, and process manufacturing equipment.Strong ability to interpret engineering sketches and translate them into complex design documentation.Time management and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.Hands-on mechanical aptitude and practical experience.Willingness to visit fabrication sites to assist with coordination and logistics (e.g., tagging and shipping materials).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related software.TPBN1_UKTJ
