Their Norwich campus offers excellent transport links and state-of-the-art facilities at the city centre siteRole OverviewThey are seeking either an experienced Electrical Tutor or Commercial/Industrial Electricians keen to transition into teachingto join their team. Youll plan and deliver both theory and practical sessions, coach apprentices through hands-on tasks, and help them achieve industry-standard competencies.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate electrical installation, automation and fault-finding techniquesTeach safe tool and equipment operationPlan and deliver practical workshops and classroom theory lessonsProvide constructive feedback and support to apprenticesEnforce Health & Safety regulations and promote best-practice proceduresPrepare high-quality lesson plans, learning materials and assessment recordsAdhere to all centre policies and proceduresQualifications & ExperienceProven electrical experience in a commercial/industrial environmentStrong grasp of electrical theory, installation, automation and fault-findingLevel 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull, clean UK driving licenceDesirable:Teaching qualification or assessor training (in-house support provided)Prior experience in apprenticeship delivery or vocational xjdpvnf educationPersonal AttributesEnthusiastic, self-motivated and supportiveExcellent planner with strong organisational skillsAble to work collaboratively and adapt to feedbackCommitted to learner success and continuous improvementWhats on OfferCompetitive salary:28k38k pa20 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension and benefits packageOngoing CPD and professional developmentA supportive, family-focused culture with genuine worklife balanceModern facilities and a friendly, professional team
