Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a supervisor to take responsibility for the Service Department's field engineers, workshop, and stores operations. You will manage a team of field engineers, technicians, and stores personnel, ensuring smooth coordination across service delivery, stock control, and workshop operations. This includes overseeing van and warehouse stock, managing the mattress hire fleet, supporting complex repairs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and health 'safety.
