We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Dungannon site. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health 'safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs. Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2 : Wed, Thurs Key Responsibilities Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration depending on the area of work). Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Produce a high standard of work consistently. Complete packaging, labelling, and boxing duties. Work in line with company policies and health 'safety regulations. Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace. Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly. Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others. Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules. Wear protective clothing and equipment provided. Report incidents or hazards immediately. What We're Looking For Essential: Ability to read and write . Numeracy skills. Good communication skills. English language proficiency . Desirable: Good interpersonal skills. A food hygiene qualification. Awareness of Food Processing industry standards. Knife handling experience. Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
