CRM EXECUTIVE Location: Newcastle COE - NE12 8BU Full-time Competitive Salary Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am 6pm, hybrid working, early finish Fridays Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years service We are seeking to hire an experienced, hands-on, CRM Executive to assist in developing and improving Verisures communications with our customers. As a CRM Executive, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work proactively and strategically on all customer communications. You will be an integral part of the Customer Marketing team, defining multi-channel journeys, streamlining operations and coordinating communication across target audiences.
