Job Description An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Lead Building Surveyor to join the in-house team of a prestigious listed estate in Oxford.The estate comprises a diverse and high-quality portfolio, supporting tenants across leisure, manufacturing, food & beverage, and advanced engineering. This is a client-side leadership role offering genuine ownership, variety and the chance to play a key part in the stewardship and evolution of a historic yet commercially dynamic estate.All assets are within walking distance of the office, creating a highly collaborative, hands-on working environment.
