About the Role As a Freight Forwarding Specialist, you will coordinate international and domestic shipments across multiple modes of transport, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant movement of goods. You'll work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to provide exceptional service and keep the supply chain running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across Air, Sea, and Road. Arrange collections, bookings, and shipments with carriers and partners worldwide. Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations. Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams. Handle rate negotiations, quotations, and costings across all freight modes. Resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies quickly and effectively. Liaise with customers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality service. Work collaboratively with warehousing, customs, and logistics teams to ensure OTIF performance. Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement within the department. What Youll Bring Proven experience in freight forwarding across Air, Sea, and Road freight. Strong knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, customs requirements, and global trade processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving ability. Proficiency in freight or logistics systems is advantageous. A team-focused attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships. Why Apply?
