You will be based at our Kidderminster office. The team also operates from mfgs Worcester, Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Telford offices.Day to day, youll be successful in this role by: We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor (2 to 5 years PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to grow within our dynamic Commercial Property Division. We are looking for a generalist, preferably with experience in development matters. You will be fully supported in handling a typical caseload of up to 100 matters.Key Responsibilities: Acting on Development matters, including site acquisitions and set-upActing on sales, purchases, and leases of commercial premises including non-contentious landlord and tenant workDrafting and negotiating leases, licences, and agreements for leaseAdvising landlords and tenants on their rights and obligationsDealing with property finance and development transactionsConducting due diligence including title investigations and reportsManaging your own caseload with appropriate supervision and supportRequirements:Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE in general commercial property workSolid experience in acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leasesStrong drafting skills and commercial awarenessExcellent client care and written/verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a busy and varied caseloadA team player with a proactive and flexible approach Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary25 days holiday to start (plus Christmas shutdown and statutory Bank Hols)Healthcare benefit schemeEmployee Assistance programme and wellbeing services - 24/7 helpline facilityDiscounted legal fees for staff and family membersDeath in service provisionAuto enrolment in our Company PensionAnnual colleague eventOther reasons to join usWe offer a rewarding career of quality work alongside a commitment to your development.
