Job Description Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift) £48,000 - £55,000 (OTE 60K) + Shift Allowance + 30 Days Holiday + Weekdays Only + Overtime Kidderminster, WorcestershireAre you a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a night shift, where you'll be responsible for coaching, developing and supervising junior members of the team?Do you want a role that carries a lot of responsibility, working alongside another Supervisor to manage 6 direct reports?In this role you'll be working Nights from 10pm to 6:30am Sunday to Thursday. You'll be responsible for 6 Engineers on the shift, managing complex projects and creating PPM schedules.This company are a manufacturer of wood products, selling into multiple sectors from landscaping to garden buildings.
