Job Description Calibration Technician Location: Kidderminster (Onsite role)30,000 - 43,000 + excellent bens.Reporting to: Maintenance and Calibration ManagerA leading UK-based advanced engineering manufacturer is seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer to support a highly regulated production environment.Reporting to the Maintenance & Calibration Manager, youll be responsible for the calibration, control and compliance of measurement, instrumentation and test equipment, ensuring accuracy, traceability and audit readiness across site operations.Key responsibilities:Calibrate and maintain instrumentation, linear and test equipmentManage calibration assets and schedules using CMMSCreate and maintain calibration procedures and documentationSupport internal and external auditsCoordinate external calibration activities and manage overdue assetsMaintain a high-standard calibration lab (5S)Support quality investigations and provide technical gauging adviceAbout you:Time-served engineer or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND/BTEC Level 3+)Proven experience in calibration within a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical/electrical understandingAble to read engineering drawingsFamiliar with CMMS and MS OfficeSolid understanding of calibration principles (ISO 9001 knowledge advantageous) Permanent role Stable, long-term programme environment Regulated industry exposure Apply or message for more details.
