Join a leading manufacturer in Kidderminster where youll maintain cutting-edge aluminium die casting equipment, CNC machinery, and more in a fast-paced environment. ---------------------------------------- What Youll Be Doing Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on aluminium die casting machines and CNC machinery (metal components). Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including transformers, motors, sensors, relays, and inverters. PLC fault finding read inputs/outputs and troubleshoot issues. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility electrical maintenance. Occasional robotics maintenance. ---------------------------------------- What Were Looking For Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Strong electrical bias with proven experience in industrial maintenance. PLC fault finding skills (inputs/outputs). CNC machine maintenance experience. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. ---------------------------------------- Bonus Skills PLC programming experience. Robotics maintenance exposure. ---------------------------------------- Whats On Offer Salary: Up to 44,000 DOE. Shifts: Double Days Week A: MonThurs 6:0014:00, Fri 6:0013:15 Week B: MonThurs 13:3021:30, Fri 12:3019:00 Overtime: Time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays. Progression opportunities.
