What You'll be Doing: Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched Liaise with customer service, framing 'sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handles without delays Support other departments such as framing, goods-in as needed dependent on business demands The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesnt clock out until the job is done. You will initially own the entire logistics and fulfilment operation yourself & as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team to which you'd be expected to lead. Experience with pick and pack operations fast, accurately, and on time. Organised, driven, and ready to lead from the front Willing to go the extra mile. This role can require evening and weekend work.
