Rushlift provides impartial advice to enable customers to maximise the effectiveness of their industrial equipment fleets, through either long-term hire contracts or servicing and repair arrangements.In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.About the role:Here at Rushlift, we have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Coordinator. You will manage parts enquiries from Field Service Engineers & customers to ensure a joined-up approach with the Rushlift Service department, delivering a first-class customer experience while maximising revenue opportunities and fall through to bottom line.We’re looking for someone who will:Turnaround quotes quickly whilst frequently following up on progress Coordinate efficient and effective supply of all appropriate parts via site and van stocksLiaise with and manage parts suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts where appropriateTrack and trace all items through to completion of delivery.Process and manage parts returns from Field Service EngineersOrder and ensure timely delivery of parts to sub-contractors where appropriateAssist National Service Centre employees in identifying parts to ensure accurate chargeable customer quotesWhat sets you apart:Knowledge of Key or similar system and Excel preferredExperience preferred in material handlings, customer service, parts sales, and stock controlAbility to multi-taskCommunication and Organisational skillsOpen mindsetWhat you’ll get in return:Competitive Salary PackageAnnual BonusContributory Pension SchemeEnhanced Parental Policies23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising by one day with each third completed yearLife Assurance of 2x salaryOn-site parkingEmployee Welfare Scheme – Vouchers for birthdays/weddings/children/studies/long service etcEmployee Assistance Programme giving you access to Retail/Health/Gym discounts, confidential counselling and advice, Cycle2Work Scheme, and much more…What Happens Next?Once you have completed your application, our People Team will initially consider your skills and experience based on your CV and application.
