Ready to take ownership of business-critical functions across IT, compliance, MI reporting, office management, and more?We're recruiting for a Central Services Manager to join our clients growing, fast-paced organisation and play a pivotal role at the heart of their business operations.What You’ll DoThis is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small, multi-functional team. Key responsibilities include:Owning the company’s data management and MI reportingSystem admin for the company’s CMS and IT platformsManaging company accreditations and complianceOverseeing IT hardware, software, and external providersFleet and facilities management across multiple sitesLeading credit control and customer service functionsActing as the operational glue between teams, systems, and leadershipYou’ll report directly into the Board of Directors, and be empowered to streamline processes, solve problems, and drive operational excellence.What We’re Looking ForWe're seeking someone who brings:Proven team leadership and people management experienceStrong analytical skills and confidence with data, MI, and reportingSound understanding of data protection compliance (DPA/GDPR)A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset with a high level of autonomyGreat communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyExperience within a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential.Why Join?You’ll be joining a dynamic, collaborative business at an exciting stage of growth.
