About the Role This is a strategic leadership position with full commercial and service delivery accountability for Hydrosaves water division, a 25m turnover business with eyes firmly set on expansion. Youll be responsible for: Driving growth across water operations and consultancy services Leading large-scale frameworks and specialist projects Championing emerging technologies to the water sector Embedding a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement Building trusted relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders Mentoring senior leaders and shaping future talent Provide insight-led strategic leadership and business planning Youll be at the forefront of delivering sustainable, customer-focused outcomes that help shape the UKs water infrastructure for generations to come. What Youll Need Were looking for a proven leader with deep roots in the water industry and a passion for innovation.
