Job Description Location: Burton LatimerSalary: 32,000 36,000 per yearIATF Qualified Quality AssistantEcho Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced IATF Qualified Quality Assistant to join their established quality assurance team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business where quality is a top priority. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across production processes.Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of IATF 16949 standards across manufacturing operations Assist in developing, reviewing, and enforcing quality procedures and documentation Carry out inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes Support HACCP programmes, ensuring critical control points are effectively monitored where applicable Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support internal and external audits Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a quality role with strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly Working knowledge of HACCP principles within a manufacturing environment High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment The OpportunityThis role offers the chance to join a quality-driven organisation committed to continuous improvement.
