Residential Development Solicitor, 3 Years PQE, Kent, 70,000 - 90,000 (DOE) A new opportunity to join a leading real estate team in Kent and play a key role in the continued growth of their Residential Development practice. JOB REF: 0525 THE ROLE: You will act for a range of developer and housebuilder clients on all aspects of land acquisition and development, from site assembly to infrastructure and planning. With support from a well-regarded team, you will manage transactions from start to finish and provide guidance on conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements and site acquisitions and disposals You will also supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
