Their ethos is all about effortless style, celebrating simplicity, and making fashion that fits naturally into lifes rhythms.Were looking for a motivated Regional Account Manager to join their sales team. This is a field-based role, covering London, the South-East, Suffolk, and Norfolk, with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of independent boutiques, department stores, and select garden centres. Youll have plenty of opportunities to develop new business, build relationships, and represent a brand thats gaining momentum across the UK.What Youll Do:Manage and grow an established portfolio of retail accounts across your regionDevelop long-term relationships with key decision-makersConduct range reviews, maintain brand standards, and support in-store merchandising and trainingHit seasonal sales targets and contribute to forecastingIdentify and secure new stockists to expand the brands presenceSpot cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesProvide regular insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needsCollaborate with the internal team with monthly visits to the South Coast head officeRepresent the brand at hotel showrooms and key trade shows during peak seasonsWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in sales or account managementStrong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-starter with excellent organisational and time management abilitiesPassionate about fashion and retail trendsFull UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)Whats On Offer:40k salary, with OTE up to 55kCompany vehicle and fuel cardRemote working with monthly office visits2,000 annual clothing allowance22 days holiday, rising to 25 with serviceMondayFriday, 9:30am5:30pmAPPLY NOW!
