Job Description Sales ExecutiveLocation: London / Strood, Kent / HybridSalary: 50,000 65,000 (DOE) + Uncapped CommissionWe are working with a well-established and growing fire & security specialist seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to focus on securing new maintenance contracts and developing long-term client partnerships.This is a field-based role with regular client meetings across London, supported by time in the Strood (Kent) office and home working flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recurring revenue growth through service and maintenance agreements. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new fire & security maintenance contract opportunitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visitsConduct site surveys to assess maintenance requirementsPrepare accurate, competitive service proposals and quotationsDevelop and retain existing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunitiesMaintain an organised and active sales pipelineWork closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth onboardingEnsure proposals meet relevant compliance and industry standardsMaintain CRM records and provide regular sales reportingAchieve and exceed agreed sales targetsEssential SkillsetProven experience in fire & security sales (maintenance sales highly desirable)Target-driven with a strong closing abilityAbility to interpret technical information and deliver compliant solutionsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsPackage50,000 65,000 basic salary (higher level for candidates with security sales experience)Uncapped commission structureCompany vehicle or car allowanceMobile phone and laptopPension schemeOngoing training and developmentClear career progression opportunities
