Job DescriptionAbout the Company: Chambers London are pleased to be working with a award winning, luxury and sustainable fashion brand on the borders of in Kent.As a result of their significant growth year on year projected to be do 10 mill and with further investment my client is looking for a merchandiser who is highly analytical, excellent numerical understanding.About the Role: The ideal candidate will be a driven and determined individual with a personable and outgoing personality. No one day is the same, therefore the ability to adapt quickly and work cross functionally across the whole team is important.Responsibilities:Forecasting sales and production demandAnalysis of current and historical dataMonitor and optimise stocksProduct code creation and maintenance, stock control management - liaising with two warehousesAnalyse trading through the season, identifying areas of opportunity or riskComplete Merchandise Administration tasksDistribution of Merchandising Reports to the businessAlong with analysis of performance, offering insights to the businessQualifications:Youll have to be an experienced Assistant /Merchandiser or in a similar roleA degree in Fashion, Marketing or FMCG would be desirable but not essentialRequired Skills:Highly experienced in MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to use advanced functions/formulasKnowledge of databases/systems and report buildingGreat team player - you will be working closely with our sales teamHighly capable of numerical tasksThe ability to analyse data to gain insights and make key recommendations and proposals of trading decisions for the businessGreat communicatorVery organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlinesComputer literacy essentialEqual Opportunity Statement:Equality of opportunity and freedom from unlawful discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, pregnancy, and maternity, marital or civil partnership status, gender reassignment, disability, religion or beliefs, age or sexual orientation.
