Service Care Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–8 years PQE seeking a fresh challenge within a highly respected Legal 500 firm in South East London. This is a fantastic role for a confident, technically strong, and client-focused individual who is ready to take their career to the next level.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload and contribute to high-value transactions, advising a wide range of clients on:Landlord and tenant mattersCommercial leases and lease renewalsSales, purchases and refinancing of commercial propertyDevelopment and investment mattersSupporting the wider corporate and employment teams on cross-departmental mattersYou will be involved in both standalone advisory work and collaborative, multi-disciplinary projects, giving you exposure to a variety of legal challenges and opportunities.About YouQualified Solicitor in England & Wales3–8 years PQE in commercial property (Legal 500 or comparable firm preferred)Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant lawExcellent client communication and relationship management skillsProven ability to manage a busy caseload independently and work collaboratively within a teamPositive, professional, and solutions-focused approachThe Team & CultureYou’ll be joining a welcoming, collegiate team that champions a partner-led, collaborative approach to client work.
