Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support a culture of continuous improvement while leading a team of four operators and technicians with scope to expand your team as the company grows.What Youll Be DoingLead day-to-day production operations during your shift in a GMP-compliant environmentEnsure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met consistentlyCollaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and improve processesCoach, develop, and support your team, offering clear direction and performance feedbackMaintain accurate production records and participate in inspections and auditsDrive operational improvements and support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and validationContribute to building scalable systems and practices suited to a growing start-upWhat Youll NeedDegree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field46 years of experience in regulated manufacturing (ideally pharmaceutical or consumer goods)Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or shift management roleFamiliarity with GMP, SOPs, and health & safety regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt in a start-up setting and contribute to business growthExperience with production planning and digital tools a plusRole DetailsHours: 8am 4pm (with possible adjustment of 1 hour in the future)Location: On-site, KentSalary: 35,000 40,000, depending on experienceLooking to lead in a space where your ideas and impact truly matter?
