Job DescriptionPOSITION: Private Clients HNW Broker/Account ExecutiveLocation: KentStart: ASAPSalary: 30,000 to 34,000 depending on experienceWorking hours: 9:00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday)Our client is an established member based organization offering advice and solutions to private listed property owners in the UK. They provide high-quality insurance service designed to support the needs of listed property owners.They are on the lookout for highly motivated, experienced Insurance Brokers/Underwriters who want to develop their career within a fast-growing business. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude and self-discipline to deliver personal objectives, whilst also demonstrating a team working attitude to meet overall business targets.The business trades with a wide range of leading UK Insurers and have developed their own bespoke products designed for needs of their members where they have high levels of underwriting authority and control.In this role you will be dealing with New Business sales, Renewals and admin enquiries effectively and professionally you will build rapport with clients and find them the right policy for their needs. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries and must demonstrate high standards of customer service.ResponsibilitiesProviding an excellent level of service to clients on enquiries, new business quotations, MTAs and renewalsBuilding relationships with key clients and insurer partnersHandling all enquiries in a professional manner and in line with service standards and regulatory requirementsRecording all relevant information, correspondence and documentation on Acturis system and making effective use of the diary systemUnderwriting large household risks up to your individual underwriting authorityContributing to, and working with the wider team, in achieving the business plan including conversion, retention, revenue and loss ratio objectives.RequirementsGood level of school or university education2 years experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in Non-standard and HNW.Experience of working with Acturis is desired but not essential.Good level of technical insurance skillsAbility to work under own initiativeExcellent communication and client service skillsGood negotiation and broking skillsAbility to identify and respond appropriately to an individual clients level of understandingGood computer skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.HOLIDAYS 25 Days excluding Bank HolidaysOTHER BENEFITS Team Performance Related Bonus schemePension SchemeAnnual Salary ReviewOn-site free parking, Train Station, 5-minute walk from the officeComprehensive training to support career developmentFunding for CII studiesRegular staff social events
