Youll work across a broad commercial portfolio and get stuck into a mix of property management, landlord & tenant, agency, valuations, and general practice work.What youll be doing:Managing a mixed commercial portfolioHandling rent reviews, lease renewals, inspectionsAgency work across disposals and lettingsSupporting a diverse longstanding client baseRolling involvement across the full lifecycle of commercial assetsThe portfolio:Youll cover a wellestablished patch across Kent, working with a diverse mix of industrial, office and land assets.
