This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop a long-term career in construction planning within a leading contractor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and development of detailed construction programmes using industry planning softwareSupport programme updates, progress tracking, and reportingWork closely with site teams to gather progress information and identify risks to programme deliveryContribute to short-term and long-term planning strategiesAssist with delay analysis and programme impact assessmentsParticipate in project meetings and planning workshopsHelp develop logistics sequencing and construction methodologiesEnsure programmes align with project milestones and contractual requirementsRequirementsExperience within a main contractor or construction environmentExposure to high-rise residential or high-rise student accommodation projects preferredUnderstanding of construction sequencing and project lifecyclesFamiliarity with planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 (desirable)Strong analytical and organisational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent) preferred
